Mason and I knew each other growing up, so reconnecting when she was searching for a Houston wedding photographer was a total full-circle moment. After capturing her engagement session with her fiancé, Cash, it was clear that every part of their wedding experience would be intentional. This stunning couple selected a 10-hour collection along with a second photographer-because weddings like theirs deserve to be documented fully, from beginning to end.

For her bridals, Mason leaned into a moodier, slightly gothic-inspired aesthetic, softened with romantic, timeless elements. With her wedding taking place on St. Patrick’s Day, subtle hints of green were woven in beautifully-elegant and understated, adding a unique touch to this Houston bridal session. Sunny Hair and Makeup Artistry even added the perfect, subtle shade of green eyeshadow to help bring out Mason's eyes.

We began in the Astorian’s stunning bridal suite, where the rustic brick created a rich, dimensional backdrop—perfect for timeless bridal portraits. From there, we moved into the bar for a more editorial feel, creating bold and refined images that added variety to her gallery. One of my favorite features of this venue is the diversity of beautiful, iconic photo ops-and it served us well for Mason’s session.
